Residence and Source

Question: Case Study: Residence and Source Answer: Issue According to this case study, it is understood that that Kit is an inhabitant of Australia. In Australia, he works for an American company. His salary is paid through an Australian Bank Westpac Bank'. That is why Kit creates an account in this Australian Bank. He also has a joint account with his wife in an Australian bank. In spite of this Australian citizenship, Kit has also held a Chilean citizenship. It can be possible because kit had a permission of dual citizenship. Kit has to be considered as an Australian citizen because Kit has his house in Australia. That is why; he has to pay tax for it. Most of the time in the year kits wife resides in Australia (Native title, indigenous economic development, and tax, 2010). Though, most of the time Kit use to stays in the coast of Indonesia. He came to Australia on his holiday only. The main issue which is arise in this case study is whether Kit is a resident of Australia or not and is he considered for the purpose of tax calculation in Australia. Even though he has a citizenship of the country Chili, he is also considered as the citizen of Australia because he has a permission of dual citizenship. Kit is employed in an American company, but he is employed in Australia. That is why he considered as the Australian citizen, and his income is considered as assessable income like any other Australian citizen. Law According to the Australian taxation law which is prescribed by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) have the following conditions which are necessary to check verifying the Citizenship of a person who stayed in Australian. The conditions are as follows In case of an individual who comes to Australia with their family members on different kinds of trips depending on the purpose for the trip The connection of the individual with the country including the family members residing in Australia The family members of that individual live in Australia. In the case when the individual is worked in Australia as a regular employee If the person has any bank account in Australia If the person possesses any property such as land, house etc. in Australia When an individual continues an emigrant business in Australia In Australia there are three taxation rules which are followed by the citizen of Australia and that are the state, federal and local. According to the rules the resident of Australia has to pay taxes for their income in Australia. The taxes are never considered as penalties or service charges by the government. Analysis According to this case study, Kit has the permission for the citizenship of both countries that is Chili and Australia. He got the citizenship of Australia because he is a regular employee in Australia. His salary is paid in his account through an Australian bank Westpac Bank. He is also has a joint bank account with his wife. Even though he has a citizenship of the country Chili, he is also considered as the citizen of Australia because he has a permission of dual citizenship. Beside these all factors, Kit also has his house in Australia (Review of aspects of income tax self-assessment, 2004). This is another reason for which Kit gets the citizenship of Australia. According to the Australian Taxation Act, if an individual purchase any property such as land, house, etc. in austral then he or she also get the citizenship of Australia. The person has to pay tax to the government according to the Australian Taxation Act. Though Kit is employed in an American company, he is employed in A ustralia. That is why he considered as the Australian citizen, and his income is considered as assessable income like any other Australian citizen. Though, most of the time Kit use to stays in the coast of Indonesia. He came to Australia on his holiday only. Most of the year, his wife stayed in Australia. That why it is considerable reason for getting the citizenship of Australia. Regardless of the fact that he is a native of Chile and also has his considerable assets in Chile, he also considered as the citizen of Australia. That is why he has to pay the taxes according to the Australian Taxation Law. In Australia, there are three taxation rules which are followed by the citizen of Australia and that are the state, federal and local (Review of discretions in the income tax laws, 2007). According to the rules the resident of Australia has to pay taxes for their income in Australia. The taxes are basically of 2 types, direct tax, and indirect tax. The taxes are never considered as pen alties or service charges by the government. This amount of money is paid by the citizens to develop and improve the revenue which is generated for the development of the country and also increases the treasure fund of the country. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the entire citizen to pay tax to the country. For this reason, as Kit is considered as an inhabitant or resident of Australia he should also have the responsibility for fulfilling all these terms and conditions for paying the tax. Conclusion According to the terms and conditions of getting the citizenship of Australia and paying tax, kit meet all of the factors. That is why he became the resident of Australia and his incomes are considered as an accessible income. For this reason, according to the rules and regulations of Australian Taxation Office Kit has to pay all of the required taxes for his income in Australia. It focused both on the significance of the communication in terms of efficiency as well as the cost effectiveness. The aspects like marketing, promotion of the software products were included in the categories of the external communication. Along with the external process the audit has highlighted some light in the internal communication process as well. There were certain problems that were highlighted in the process of audit. Those were: The employees were finding difficulty in selecting an appropriate method of communication for both target audience and content. The employees suffered from confusion between the traditional form of communication and the digital form of communication. They needed a concrete forum to interact with their audience. The company suffered from poor internal communication system. There was a problem with the network. The poor network made the employees to ignore some groups and a serious problem was faced during the communication. Many meetings were held in the organization and those were useless and it did not have any value at all. They played no significant role in the organization. The meetings could not reach out to the audience and the employees of the organization. The analysis of the problem concentrated on the issues faced on the importance of introducing an effective form of communication within an organization. This is the reason the company wanted to improve the communication system in the organization. The communication leads to the purpose of performing the objectives of the individuals as a result achieving the goals of the organization. This is important as this would make the employees realize that their individual improvement is subjected to the betterment of the organization. This would make the process of communication better in an organization. There are three major problems that have been highlighted in the communication audit process. The first problem is the dilemma experienced by the employees regarding the selection of a proper form of communication. The dilemma was between the selection of a traditional form of communication and the digital form of communication. The qualitative significance of the problem would make the communication effective by using the different medium of communication. In terms of quantity, the company will be able to sell 10% more data management software per month. Therefore in terms of both quantity and quality an effective communication would have a positive impact on the company. The second issue was the poor network that made it difficult for the employees to reach the audience. This lead to the internal communication within the organization and it caused ignorance of few groups that left a negative impact on the company. The qualitative significance of this issue would make the internal as well as the external communication better. This can be done by using a stronger network. The quantitative significance would focus on the increase of 20% sale than the previous month. The third problem was the ineffective meetings that had no worth. The dignitaries did not indulge in a proper communication system with the employees. The company was a medium sized company and therefore they required to grow their business by making designing a proper communication system. The qualitative significance would hold by making a two-way communication. The quantitative communication would include the growth of 100% within a year. In this way the company will be able to expand from a medium sized company to a larger one. The communication system has to be clear. There are suggestions by applying which the company can get over the problems. The employees need a proper training by the experts of communication theories. The training would overcome the dilemma of the employees to use the traditional form of communication or the digital form of communication. The training must include the practical understanding of the lessons of effective communication. In order to solve the poor condition of the network the employees should be allowed to speak out without any hesitation. The feedbacks are an effective plan for this. The employees can share regular feedback in a form which would be kept secret. This would not make the employees feel uncomfortable as their identity will be kept a secret. The supervisors must pay attention to the complaints of the employees and they should be taken into consideration and should be worked upon. In order to make the supervisors effective all the employees should be encouraged to participate. The other way is to take the feedback in the form of one to one conversation with the supervisors that would make the employees feel comfortable. Before planning all these a proper agenda of work should be designed. The memo was intended to make the employees aware of the problems that prevailed in the organization. The memo intended to inculcate a good communication system among the employees within the organization. This would benefit both the employees as well as the organization. Apart from this the company would b able to experience a huge growth in the sales. We will be happy to address any of your queries. For further assistance, the details are provided below. One of these characteristics they demonstrated is something every owner needs in order to run any type of business, which is having passion, enthusiasm, and determination, with these characteristics are needed to launch their new business. The excessive interest and energy they had to start this business never failed them; it was the most essential fuel for their vision on how they want to fully build their business. Albertelli’s characteristics portrayed how unselfish she is because of her current job, it allowed her to travel to different parts of the world and opened her eyes and made her aware and realize how many people from these different parts of the world earned their money. Also, both Albertelli and Rodriguez were both risk takers, they enjoyed seeing the options that potentially fail, but keep it at something positive, aside from being risky, they were committed because they both cashed in their retirement plans in order to fund the production of the products they want to sell. 2. Giving the credit to those who worked hard in creating these shoes creates a belief that would be appealing to their consumers. The belief and idea of their business becomes the trademark of the company, and they will be remembered for their honest ways of wanting others to know where their product is created. This could potentially be a huge hit to those who share the same beliefs and values in wanting to credit those who devote their lives to certain things. The women’s desire to make a living and provide for their families by preparing the leather, designing, and assembling each paid of sandals was very impressive, and without them the product could never have been made. Personally, anyone who has any share in any type of business deserves to be given credit throughout the company’s success. Because without them there would be no business to work with. I’m quite impressed with the way they took their cause and made it a business but stayed devoted to who worked hard completing it. This product could easily have the influenced consumers who share the same admiration Albertelli had and purchase the product because of the positive belief the product has. 3. The management challenges that might cause Shoes with Soul to stagger would probably be the lack of experience. Even though Albertelli and Rodriguez are indeed educated and are knowledgeable in their current arrangements of marketing and finance, they probably aren’t aware or familiar with certain tasks when it comes to being a new business entrepreneurs’. This could be a down fall because of having to seek different advice from different people who could potential help, or harm them. There is a huge possibility that they might face stiff competition from other firms that have been running in the business longer than they have. However, if this business begins to grow and develop, they will need to hire employees who will assist them in running their business because the work load may become too over bearing. Some ways to avoid these â€Å"stumbling blocks† and allow them to guide their new business to success is to develop a new distribution channel, create new products, and cost cutting measures. By doing so, this could open a new door for consumers to see the business developing and exploring to expand, yet doing it in a costly matter rather than having expensive products take control of their company. This allows the country to stick to its main morals, beliefs, and values.

Sample of Introduction of Essay

Sample of Introduction of EssayA sample of introduction of the essay is the classic method for bringing your student a task, action or activity which they should do as part of their academic curriculum. In these terms, an introduction of essay means that the students' attention is diverted from the main subject of the paper and is diverted to the introduction of something. This diversion of the students' attention does not come as a surprise. The students do not expect to get something out of the paper other than a passing grade. To guide students, we offer a sample of introduction of essay. We use this for both basic and advanced level essays. Our introduction of essay sample for basic level students starts by explaining that this essay is not about that particular topic, but on the topic of 'how to contribute to society'. By 'contribute', we mean that the students' abilities are explored and they are given the opportunity to present on what they know about it.It also does not matter if the students have ideas and plans regarding a certain topic, because all these ideas are welcome in this exercise. The first step will be the students sharing their thoughts and theories. Some students will ask questions. All the students will then submit their thoughts and answers to the question as well as the paper to the class's teacher. The teacher will decide whether the essay passes or fails. The second part of the introduction is about putting the essay in context. We want to introduce the themes of other essays which are more recent or are related to the topic discussed in the student's essay. We will also have to remind the students that in college essays, the topic is more or less randomly chosen. Students should therefore avoid writing about topics that are related to the topic of their assigned essay, because there are several assignments which might discuss the same topic. As an essay ends, we will let the students evaluate their work. We will present the results of their evaluation. We will focus on the criteria the students used to evaluate the paper and compare with those of the existing essays on the same topic. We will also present the results of the class's evaluation. To encourage students, we will compare this to what the course professor says. The class professor may be biased as he/she teaches the same class for many years. Since we are taking the students in for free, we cannot afford to create bias to our students.Next, we will give the students the material to work with. The students will be given a list of references on the topic they chose. They will then find the sources to be able to research on the topic and evaluate the arguments presented. A sample of introduction of the essay will then be passed to the students. After finishing all these tasks, students will pass this essay to the class' teacher. The teacher will choose his/her favorite essay and grade it accordingly. The best grades will go to the student who provides the mo st original ideas or the most interesting material. The essay which demonstrates uniqueness or creativity will be deemed the best in this course.
